1. Global Coverage

We provide international shipping to most destinations worldwide. However, due to current carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria.
  • Our team is constantly seeking new logistics partners to serve these areas in the future.

2. Shipping Options & Fees

  • Standard Shipping: We offer COMPLIMENTARY worldwide shipping on all standard orders.
  • Express Delivery: For those who can't wait to shine, expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Promotional Offers: For "Free" promotional items, a flat shipping, handling, and insurance fee of US$18.00 applies to ensure your item is protected during transit.

3. Timeline for Delivery

To estimate when your Touch Bling piece will arrive, please use the following formula:

Total Time = Processing (Crafting & Quality Check) + Shipping Transit

  • Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx / DHL): 6-8 Business Days.
  • Standard Free Shipping: 7-20 Business Days.

4. Tracking Your Sparkle

As soon as your order leaves our facility, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to you.

  • You can monitor your package via the direct link in the email.
  • Alternatively, visit https://www.17track.net for real-time updates.

Important Note: Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your package to reach the international sorting center. Tracking status will update once the hub scans your parcel for international departure.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice a mistake, please email service.touchbling@gmail.com within 2 hours.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unable to modify the destination address.

6. Delivery Guarantee

In the rare event that your package is lost or does not arrive within 60 days of the shipping date, please reach out to us. At Touch Bling, we stand by our products and will provide either a free reshipment or a full refund.
